Welcome to Rebleep. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rebleep website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rebleep Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. For users of the Rebleep mobile application, please also review our End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Description of Service

Rebleep is a music sharing platform that allows users to discover, share, and interact with music content. The Service includes our website, mobile applications, and any other related services or features we may offer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials

By submitting User Content, you grant Rebleep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Rebleep and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rebleep. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access third-party content at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBLEEP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebleep and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
